Stevens Construction Corp. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SCVOSB) construction business established in 1974 in Fairfax, VA. We are fully insured, licensed Class “A” General Contractor registered and operating in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.

Our contracting and construction work is primarily commercial office remodeling, exterior building waterproofing, underground work and structural repairs, condominium conversion rehabilitation, and pre-engineered steel Buildings. Our Service Staff members have a total of over a hundred years of general contracting experience ranging from building air field hangars, supermarkets, and secure underground vaults to rehabbing thousands of apartments into condominiums.

We can handle your building project from design through engineering, site utilities phases, to turn-key product.  We are also a Pre-Engineered Steel building Dealer/Builder, representing Star Building Systems, and providing structural and cosmetic repairs for all Pre-engineered Steel and Wood Pole buildings.

We also offer snow plowing services either on-call or contracted for churches, schools, businesses and private owners. We have a full fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles for excavation and construction, including crawler loaders, backhoes, excavators, bobcats, dump and trash trucks.
